Cancellation and Refund Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY



PLEASE READ AND ENSURE YOU (the “PURCHASER”) UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY WHEN PURCHASING FROM FREEDOMS LAIR, LLC AT FREEDOMSLAIR.COM OR ANY OF ITS ASSOCIATED SITES OR PAGES.


CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS


Due to the nature of each product, service, program, or event, FREEDOMS LAIR, LLC has specific cancellation periods and requirements.


1.) All digital training courses, services, programs, and events have a no refund policy. Due to the digital format of the Company products, the customer receives an immediate benefit from the product prior to the return, such as access to all course content, live coaching calls, community, and other online resources.


2.) All of the Company events have a no refund policy as all ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled by the Company.


3.) All deposits made towards the Company products, services, programs, and events are non-refundable. These include but are not limited to; live events, such as the Digital Assets Revolution Mastermind, live coaching, and 1-on-1 mentoring.


4.) For delivery of physical goods and products, a shipping insurance fee of $.99 or $1.99 will be charged on each individual shipment transaction and is non-refundable.


5.) Subscriptions may be canceled at any time pursuant to the terms and conditions of each product and/or service. Payment in full is due upon enrollment, and recurring subscription fees will be automatically billed to the credit card or via the payment method provided at the time of enrollment. Payment methods can be updated through the billing section of the client portal.


**Please note: requesting a cancellation of your subscription does not constitute a request for a refund; no refunds will be issued unless requested through the cancellation form and in line with the Cancellation and Refund Policy.


a. Freedoms Lair Unlimited: For monthly and annual subscriptions, cancellation must be completed by following the steps in the billing section of client portal by 11:59PM EST before the end of the current billing period. If you would like to submit a request, instead of using the portal, you must complete the Cancellation Request Form 4 business days before the end of your billing period. Access to Freedoms Lair Unlimited services will continue to be available through the last day of the paid billing period.


b. Company SaaS: Cancellation must be completed by following the steps in the Access my Account billing portal by 11:59PM EST before the end of the current billing period or by submitting a Cancellation Request Form 4 business days before the end of your billing period. Software access will continue to be available through the last day of the paid billing period.


REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION


Requests for cancellation must be received within the stated cancellation period through our Cancellation Request Form. Requests submitted through any other method of communication are not accepted, and shall not constitute a valid request for cancellation.


CANCELLATION AFTER CANCELLATION PERIOD


You understand and agree that all funds paid are non-refundable beyond the stated cancellation periods outlined above. Any cancellation request submitted past the cancellation period will be considered at FREEDOMS LAIR, LLC’s sole discretion.


DEFAULT ON PURCHASE AGREEMENT: FAILURE TO MEET PAYMENT OBLIGATION


In the event of a default and failure by the Purchaser to fulfill upon their contractual obligations, a credit will be issued for the value of funds paid. Such credit amount is non-cancellable, non-refundable and expires six (6) months from the date of issuance. Once applied to a new purchase, credit funds are not subject to any new cancellation or refund period.

Responses are provided within 24 to 48 hours, except on weekends and national holidays.
